Your niche is not the same as your client avatar ... your niche is simply a group of people who have a problem that you can solve. ⠀ ⠀ 2. Create your offer. Your first offer solves the problem your niche has ... and the simpler and more straightforward the better. ⠀ ⠀ 3. Decide on your positioning. Most people don’t know what positioning is at all ... it has a lot to do with your branding. It’s the way your ideal client thinks about you ... are you high end and exclusive? Are you friendly and approachable? Do you have the expert teacher vibe? There is no right or wrong to position yourself. You just to be very clear about what you’ve decided it will be and then stick with it in all of your marketing. ⠀ ⠀ 4. Test and evaluate. Niche plus offer plus positioning always equals results for the client or customer. You must test, adjust and then test some more until the formula is true for you and your business. It’s really simple ... to change, you have to ch It’s really simple ... to change, you have to change. However, it’s not easy. Our primitive brains don’t want us to change. In fact our brains want EVERYTHING TO STAY EXACTLY THE SAME Why? Because you’re alive. Your primitive brain concludes that if everything stays the same, you’ll be safe and you’ll continue to be alive. Anything new or different is perceived as difficult or worse, as a threat to your existence. Even the things you say you want ... lose weight, start a business, fix your marriage... Your primitive brain would prefer it if you remained as you are ... comfortable. Safe. The same. Good thing you have a higher level of brain ... your pre-frontal cortex, that can make a different decision. A decision to change. The catch is that you have to make a decision to do the new thing and then actually take some new action. Your brain will tell you some lies ... “it’s a bad idea” “you failed before, so you’ll fail again “ “you’re just not cut out to ‘xxx’” You’ll have to ignore all that and do it anyway.
